 TECON Multi-function Climbing Formwork MB180, is an advanced version of jump formwork with higher safety guarantee. It is also an economical version of self-climbing formwork with mobile hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, it can go up via both crane and hydraulic cylinder.

 

Features of TECON MB180 Advanced Climbing System Formwork

 

Rail-guided brackets with climbing shoes maximize site safety.

Each set of brackets and formwork moves securely through climbing shoes fixed to the structure, minimizing excessive movement caused by wind or other factors.

Anti-falling hooks on the bracket rails prevent accidents due to free drops, ensuring safety even in windy conditions.

 

Hydraulic cylinders and climbing shuttering kits can be added for automatic climbing, significantly reducing crane usage.

  TECON Climbing formwork system  mainly includes Self   climbing Formwork  TSC80, Jump Climbing Formwork CB180/240, Dam Formwork DB180/240 and Multi-function Climbing Formwork MB180.   Self-climbing formwork TSC80 can climb by itself via hydraulic cylinder, while Formwork CB180/240 can only climb via tower crane lift. Dam Formwork DB180/240 can fabricate both single side wall and double side wall without any tie rod pull through.
