All those formworks are fabricated entirely by aluminium alloy. Some framed systems are lined with TECON-Form Birch or Plas-tech shuttering as well to achieve more reuses time.

 

Compared with steel formwork, formwork panels made from aluminium alloy ensure much lighter weight. Thus all of these formworks can be handled manually without a crane lift. Due to their lightweight, it increases site efficiency significantly.

 

Advantages of Aluminum Formwork

The aluminium slab formwork system is a building system used to form cast-in-place concrete structures of buildings. Since good tolerances are achieved in the processed metal formwork components, consistent definite shape and finish are obtained layer by layer.

  TECON Climbing formwork system  mainly includes Self   climbing Formwork  TSC80, Jump Climbing Formwork CB180/240, Dam Formwork DB180/240 and Multi-function Climbing Formwork MB180.   Self-climbing formwork TSC80 can climb by itself via hydraulic cylinder, while Formwork CB180/240 can only climb via tower crane lift.
