Five simple methods for judging the quality of film faced plywood

As the most common shuttering material for concrete casting across different construction sites, different quality film faced plywood performs a key role in site forming job.
Today, let’s introduce you five methods for judging the quality of plywood.
1.Look
Look at the flatness of the surface of the plywood, the surface should be smooth and is no obvious wormholes, cracks, short feet, thus the concrete appearance can be neat and beautiful after de-moulding.
2.Listen
Listen to a plywood, put it one head in high position and the other head in low position, and then ask a person stand and keep stepping on it. If the plywood has too obvious cracking sound, it means that the inside of the plywood is not full core material.
3.Saw
Saw the plywood to see if there is a fault and hollow in the middle.
4.Screw
Screw the plywood into a wooden strip with a width of 4CM and a length of 40CM. Unscrew it by hand to see if the middle material is in a wire-like shape. If the dough is separated from the dough, the plywood glue is not enough.
5.Boil
The sample can be boiled in hot water for 4 to 12 hours, so that the glue of the plywood can be verified.
