Slef-climbing formwork system for a high-rise building in Dubai

After 45 days fabrication, re-inspection, pre-assembly and 20 days shipment, materials reached Dubai on 8th Oct. At the same time, our engineer and site supervisor came together to the project, taught workers how to assemble every component, it took around 1 month to prepare everything before self climbing formwork lifted to the structure. Even though we have already tried to avoid possible problem during assembly, we still came across a few application issues on the site. Thanks to our engineer stayed on site all the time, all related issues were solved quickly, every process went smoothly and project ran faster. Till 20th, December, inner formwork already climbed one time, outer formwork will be lifted in another 2 or 3 days.
